It is black berry season! Go for a walk, enjoy fresh air and fill your containers with brain booster berries 🙂
3 tbsp coconut milk and 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp chia seeds
A handfull black berries
A piece of fresh ginger
1 tsp Date butter or more (pack a jar with dates, top with water and soak overnight. Blend until it turns into a smooth paste. Save in the fridge)
1 tsp lemon juice
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk and water overnight.
In the morning Blend all ingredients together.
1 handfull cooked butternut beans
2 handfulls of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut flakes
A handfull raw broccoli
Juice of 1 orange
Blend and adjust with spices
leasts about 4 days in the fridge
For 1 person:
Soak 2 tbsp chia in water for at least a couple of hours
4 cubes frozen spinach
1 handfull peas
A chunk ginger
1 garlic clove
Cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and pepper
Sweet thai basil
2 tsp peanutbutter
Blend all except chia
Adjust spices according to your taste
Stir in chia seeds and serve
200 g dried chickpeas (soak for 12 hours)
100 g sweet potato
4 garlic cloves sliced
2 shallots cut in two
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp paprica
7 tsp peanutbutter
1 tbsp dried thyme
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
Cover chickpeas, potato, garlic, shallots and seaweed with water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 30 minutes.
Drain but save the liquid.
Blend the cooked ingredients with the rest.
Adjust texture with the liquid.

1,5 l water
Option: 4 tbsp honey
Blend all ingredients
Enjoy a shot like that, or bring it to a boil and put on bottles so that you can tage a shot each morgen (lasts about a month)
