Create a mindful space

In order to make your practice mindfull it is helpfull to create a space dedicated to yoga and/or meditation.

Here are some suggestion for how you can create a mindfull space in your home:

– Think about what inspires you: people, things, quotes, books?
– Keep it clean (you should not be thinking about vaccum cleaning when you are practicing)
– plants
– candles
– lamp for essential oils
– crystals
– Mandalas
