Most cookie recipes are designed to gives you cookies enough for half a year or many mouths, but this recipe only gives you 15-20. That way you avoid stomach pain, and you can play with different flavors. They are perfect if you are going to have a few visitors over 🙂

you can make the cookies plain or play with flavors

How:

  • Blend 2 ripe bananas with 3 dl rolled oats
  • Add:
    flavors 1: a handful chopped pecan nuts, shredded coconut and a bit of cardamom
    Or
    flavor 2: a handful chopped hazelnuts, chopped dark chocolate
    Or
    flavor 3: mint leaves
    Or
    flavor 4: raisins and cinnamon

or

flavor 5: press ginger through a garlic press
or peanutbutter
then

  • make 15-20 dabs on a baking sheet
  • bake for 20 minutes 175 Celsius

du kan enten spise dem uden smag, eller leje med smagsvarianter.

Sådan gør du:

  • 2 modne bananer og 3 dl havregryn blendes.
  • Tilsæt:
    smagsvariant 1: en håndfuld hakkede pekannødder, kardemomme og en lille håndfuld revet kokos
    Eller
    variant 2: en håndfuld hasselnødder og hakket mørk chokolade
    Eller
    variant 3: mynte
    Eller
    variant 4: rosin og kanel

Eller

variant 5: pres ingefær gennem en hvidløgspresser
eller peanutbutter

derefter:

  • lav små klatter på et stykke bagepapir
  • bag ved 175 grader i 20 min
