Chia strawberry bowl

1 person :

Soak 2 tbsp chia seeds in milk of choice overnight (i used Soya with vanilla and calcium). After 30 minutes, Stir and add more milk if necessary.

In the morning you add strawberries, and if you like extra milk.

Instead of strawberry or in addition, you can use rasberries, banana, Apple, goji, raisins, grapes, promegrante… What ever you like 😉

Sæt 2 spsk chiafrø i blød i valgfri mælk natten over (jeg har her brugt soyamælk med tilsat vanilje og calcium). Rør godt og tilsæt evn mere mælk 30 minutter efter iblødsætningen.
Om morgenen tilsættes jordbær 🍓 og evn mere mælk .

Du kan også bruge blåbær , vindruer , gojibær, æble ,banan , hindbær, rosiner, granatæble eller hvad ellers du kan lide 😉
