Breakfast frappe



This smoothie is breakfast and Coffee in one. It is everything you need on a sunny morning. Prepare Coffee and chias the night before

For 1 person :
2 tsp instant Coffee
Sweetener (it is also good without, the banana is a natural sweetener)
2 tbsp chia seeds
0,5 – 1 frozen banana in cubes
2 dl milk
2 ice cubes
Fresh ginger

The night before: prepare a cup of coffee, add sweete if you like. When cool add chia seeds. Fridge over night.

In the morning: Blend Coffee, banana, ice, and milk as you like
Squeeze a piece of ginger through a garlic press and into the shake

Version 2 :
2 dl Coffee
1 frozen banana
2 dl milk
1 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp rolled oats
3 ice cubes
