Sushi 🍣 without fish, sushi uden fisk

Tofumayo:

  • 1/4 pack of tofu (170g)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • Lemon cest
  • 1 tsp apple vinegar
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Peber, cumin, curry, Oregano as you like

Blend the ingredients

Sushi for 1

  • 2 sheet of seaweed
  • 1/4 dl couscous. cover with boiling water and let it sit til the water has disolved. Add 2 tsp teriaki sauce
  • Red cabbage, cucumber, avocado, tofumayo, bean sprouts, red pebber

Make the seaweed damp and place it on a map. Add the filling and roll tight. Let sit for 30 minutes. Cut into sushi pieces. Serve with mayo, hot sauce, teriaki or what ever would make you feel happy 🙂

  • 4 tsk citronsaft
  • citronskal
  • 1 tsk æblecidereddike
  • 1 tsk hvidvinseddike
  • 1/4 tsk salt
  • Peber, spiskommen, karry, oregano som det befinder dig:)

Blend med en stavblender og smag til

sushi til 1:

  • 2 ark tang
  • tofumayo
  • 1/4 dl couscous dækkes med kogende vand. lad det stå til vandet er fordampet. tilsæt 2 tsk teriaki
  • rødkål, bønnespirer, rød peber, avokado, agurk

fugt tangen og læg den på en bambusmåtte. lav en stribe af fyld

rul stramt. sæt i ro i en halv time. skær så sushi stykkerne
