Fried fish the vegetarian way

If you feel like fried fish, i can highly recommend this recipe where the fish is replaced with parsnip: http://maanebarnet.org/2012/01/19/fredsfisk/

I used 1,5 dl wheat flour mixed with 0,5 dl coconut flour instead of chickpea flour

I served them with lemon juice and cress, røsti and salat 🙂
