Pita with Egg Salad


25 gram dry yeast
3 dl lukewarm water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
125 gram manitoba flor
250 gram Graham flour

Dissolve the yeast in the water, add the rest of the ingredients little at the time.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes firm.
Leave it covered by a dishcloth for 1 hour.
Form 6 buns and press them flat. Leave them covered for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven, and leave the baking tray in the oven for 30 minutes.
Transfer the breads to the hot tray and turn them after 4 minutes,turn them again after 4 more minutes.

Egg Salad
5 hard boiled eggs, smash them
2 Tbsp skyr/ plain yogurt
3 Tbsp organic mayo (or home made tofumayo)
2 tsp curry powder
0,5 tsp paprika
1 tsp mustard
0,5 tsp salt
½ a bunch of chives

Mix the ingredients

Serve the salad inside the pita breads. Add lettuce, cucumber and grated carrot
