A healthy, nutty snack that is not too sweet, but that is just perfect to spoil yourself a bit
almond butter: blend 1 cup of almonds until they become a creamy nut butter – in other words, high speed for quite a while:)
0,5 cup pistacio nuts
0,5 cup sesame seeds
6 dates without stones
when you have made the almond butter, you add the rest of the ingredients to the blender. Do not chrust the ingredients completely, but let them have some texture.
These balls can be a bit hard to form, but if you use your hands it will work.
i use 1 tsp of the mixture for 1 ball
